It's usually about emotions, energy, blockages, frequency, and something called a "thought form." And more rarely, malicious entities. Now think of your energy field like a fast moving stream. When it's flowing, it's clean. But when we bottle up or suppress our emotions, that energy congeals. It becomes like a stagnant pond. These dense, compact pieces of energy are the only things an entity can actually latch onto. They can't attach to moving liquid light, only to the parts of you that are frozen in time by unresolved trauma. Now, there are external parasites, beings that have lost their connection to Source and survive by feeding off your chakras and vicariously feeding off your vices. My friend Hari even saw two such shadow figures continuously after touching an imbued object in a forest in Kerala, India. He required clearing by a specialist. But here's a secret: most of what we assume are entities are actually self-created thought forms. They are ideas that have become reality in the non-physical realm living through your negative feedback loops. These attachments can manifest physically. If you have an unexplained pain, like a blockage in the throat, it might be a clot of suppressed emotion from decades ago. When we don't let an emotion have a beginning, middle, and end to run its course, it creates a sludge that clogs our energetic drain. This leads to fatigue, apathy, and eventually physical disease. So how do you clear them? A lasting fix is not about a quick fix from a healer. You have to make the internal environment hostile to low frequencies. So wholesome activities like singing, humming, chanting for your throat, and most importantly, honoring your emotions instead of stuffing them down with distractions. You are the architect of your experiences. So stop inviting and feeding the parasites and they'll have no choice but to leave. It's the idea that when a group of people focus on a single outcome, they can literally override physical and medical expectations. But it's not all woo-woo. Think of the placebo effect. Modern medicine relies on it, yet we rarely acknowledge what it actually is: belief changing biology in ways beyond conscious control or understanding. As Seth, channeled by Jane Roberts, explains: your physical environment is a materialized extension of your inner self. If you change your expectations and beliefs, the laws of your reality will follow. In my episode 11, I spoke with Doctor Edward Kaliman, a cardiologist who witnessed miracles firsthand in the hospital like a dying minister who, after an intense prayer meeting in his room, literally woke up and walked again. Doctor Kaliman views the body not as a machine, but as a projection of an energetic imprint. When that imprint changes through prayer or willpower, the physical molecules must align. And history is full of these reality stretching events. Take the Jansenist Miracles of the seventeen hundreds where thousands witnessed and documented people becoming physically invulnerable and enduring injuries during these religious trances, even seemingly defying the laws of physics. Or the story of a young boy in nineteen fifty two whose incurable genetic skin condition was cured through hypnosis simply because the doctorperforming it didn't know it was supposed to be incurable. The takeaway reality is “stretchy.” It's held in place by the collective beliefs of billions of people and higher beings, making it feel stiff and unchangeable. But through exceptional individual skill focused intention or group prayer, we can reach into the source code and create a different outcome. What is the Christ consciousness? That's the focus of today's “Quick Key” from the Unlocking the Soul podcast. That's all of our destiny, our ascension path that led us to come to Earth in the first place. Edgar Cayce described Jesus as the soul who first completed the cycle of earthly lives to attain perfection. He then returned on a voluntary mission to help us reach our own destiny. Paul Selig describes this “christed” state as being accessible to all humans. It's the moment we move beyond the frequency of fear and recognize our oneness with “All That Is.” This is especially relevant now. Many believe we are entering a period of planetary ascension into the New Earth. This isn't just about man attaining this state, it's about mass awakening as the Earth itself transitions to a higher density. We are invited to join that shift by embodying our christed selves. So how do we prepare? One. Choose light over heavy in every moment. Choose the lighter thought, action, or even food. Two. Releasing karma. Practice forgiveness and non-attachment. This is a question that skeptics often use to challenge the idea of reincarnation. Here are 3 reasons why the supply of souls is more than enough to meet the demands of our growing planet.

First, souls are simply incarnating more frequently now in what we call the more interesting times like the present. The gap between lives has shrunk. So while a soul might have waited even thousands of years between incarnations in the “caveman” era, many are now choosing to return more than once per century to participate in this rapid shift in consciousness and frequency occurring on Earth. Now is what Earth participants have been waiting for! Second, think of earth as an Ivy League or elite schoolhouse. As Dr. Michael Newton's research suggests, there's never a shortage of souls waiting for admission. Just as a top university could double its enrollment tomorrow by simply saying “yes” to more applicants, the spirit world has a vast pool of souls: some from other planets or souls new to physical plane incarnations altogether who are ready to jump in when a body becomes available. Third, we have the concept of parallel lives. Both Seth and Dolores Cannon describe how a soul can project portions of its energy into more than one body at the same time, or even in reverse order, since time is flexible to souls. This means you might be living two separate lives simultaneously to gather more data and experiences at a faster rate. And finally, new souls are being “birthed” all the time. This is a process where newly splintered light is split off from Source or “All That Is,” and given unique identity to begin its long journey of learning and experience. What are ghosts? This is another quick key from the Unlocking the Soul podcast that has kept humanity up at night. The truth is much more multidimensional and interesting. First is lingering soul syndrome. During the three-day Bardo period after death, a soul has the momentous opportunity to merge with the light. And if they miss this initial flash, they may linger in a state of self-testing, creating “thoughtforms” that can spontaneously appear to loved ones while they navigate the release from their earthly plane. Then there are intentional visitations. These are telepathic pings from the “foyer” of the spirit world. Because we're tethered to our soul groups by frequency, intense thoughts from a loved one or relative can manifest as a thoughtform. You might hear your name called out in a quiet room, or see a meaningful sign, or simply feel their comfort. You're experiencing a bridge of consciousness. The extent and method vary with the skill of the entity, the strength of your connection, and your sensitivity to the signals. Next are residual echoes. These aren't sentient spirits; they're cosmic recordings. Traumatic or high-emotion events can etch a frequency into the walls or objects. These are on playback over and over, oblivious to the living world. It's an energetic scar, not a conscious ghost. And as I explored in episode thirty-one, you don't even have to be dead to haunt a place. During a medical crisis, a soul can bilocate its energy appearing at home while the body is in a hospital. We even see walk in scenarios where a specialized soul manages the dying process, while the primary soul begins its journey home, often stopping for visits along the way. And occasionally we encounter mimics or hungry ghosts. But these are more rare. Most ghosts are simply proof that our consciousness isn't confined to our skin. We are multidimensional beings in a crowded field of frequency. Most of us refer to karma as a cosmic scorecard, a system of rewards and punishments. But when considering the higher realms, I find it helps to distinguish between a lowercase k karma and a capital K karma. Lowercase karma is simply the law of cause and effect. It's the energetic residue of our actions. If you throw a stone into the pond, the ripples are the karma. Commit a crime? Karma is the getting arrested. It isn't bad; it's just the universe working as designed, staying in balance. Then there's the capital K karma, which is the soul-level cycle of debts and balancing. For eons we had to return life after life to pay back every deed, often getting trapped in a repetitive loop of an eye for an eye. Or else we can serve as a victim in some way to make up for causing that hardship in a previous life. The karmic debt left over at the end of a lifetime is considered during the life planning period, and we do this with our Guide and with the elders in the spirit world. We choose to experience the other side of the situation that needs to be balanced to help our soul grow. But here's the game changer--according to the late Dolores Cannon and many modern channelers, the rules of the game are changing. We are told that karma is no longer a required feature of incarnation on Earth; it has become optional. We're moving into a new, higher frequency: the New Earth, where the old cycle of karmic debt is being dissolved. You no longer have to return to settle the score. You can simply choose to release the contract through forgiveness and understanding, especially self-forgiveness. So the wheels of karma only turn if you believe you're bound by them. Once you realize that you are a sovereign fragment of Source, you can step off the wheel entirely. You are here to learn through grace and joy now. So stop looking over your shoulder for the cosmic bill collector. You are free to create a new script. Today's quick key from the Unlocking the Soul podcast tackles the ultimate mystery: What is God? So first, forget the image of the distant judge on a throne in the realm of the higher consciousness. God is not a person but the personification of everything. Think of God, source, origin, or “All That Is” as an infinite, singular field of pure creative potential. It contains every possibility within itself. One of Dolores Cannon's subjects described it as the metal rebar running through every building and road. But here's a twist in a state of absolute perfection: In unity, there is no experience. To solve this, Source fractured its light into countless individual sparks, into souls like you and me. God basically shattered the mirror so that it could look at itself from billions of different angles. This means you aren't separate from God. You are God experiencing a localized point of view. You are the universe peeking through a human set of eyes with temporary amnesia. Every emotion you feel, every breath you take, and every challenge you overcome is source learning about its own nature through your unique perspective. Next, look at the intriguing insights from Guy Needler's book, The History of God. In this framework, imagine a consciousness so vast it exists outside of our universe and even outside of time itself. The “Origin” is the absolute source, but it doesn't manage our daily lives directly. Instead, it creates twelve source entities to explore the different frequencies of existence. We live within the territory of “Source Entity One,” the god of our specific multiverse structure. To understand its own potential, this source entity created us small units of consciousness projected into the lower dense frequencies like Earth, to gather data that can only be learned through physical experience. This means you aren't just a creature of God. You are a functional part of its nervous system. When you feel pain, joy, or discovery, the source entity feels it too. We are probes sent into the densest levels of reality to see how consciousness behaves under the pressure of limitation and duality. So every time you learn a basic lesson or raise your personal frequency, you're uploading that wisdom back to the source. We're in a constant cycle of breathing out into incarnation and breathing back in to report our findings. So you are a co-creator, a spark of the greatest experiment ever devised. So when you look for God, stop looking up, start looking in. And the consciousness is the bridge back to the infinite. Today's “Quick Key” from the Unlocking the Soul podcast answers a question that almost everyone gets wrong: “What is a soulmate”? In pop culture, we're taught that a soulmate is a single missing piece, that one person who makes us whole and brings us eternal peace, that happily ever after ending. But from the perspective of the soul, a soulmate isn't your other half because you're already whole. Think of a soulmate as a member of your primary soul cluster, the dozen or so beings that you've traveled with for eons. So think of the term as analogous to classmate. You've played every role for one another: mother, father, child, best friend, and most importantly, the antagonist. A true soulmate is actually a mirror. Their job isn't to make you happy. Their job is to make you conscious. They are the souls who love you enough to agree to a contract or life plan that triggers your deepest growth potential. Sometimes that means they provide a lifetime of support. But often a soulmate is just the person who shakes you out of your complacency and forces you to evolve. You might have many soul mates in one lifetime. One might be a brief, intense relationship that teaches you self-worth, while another might be a lifelong friend who provides a steady frequency of home. The spark you feel when you meet them isn't destiny in a romantic sense, necessarily. It's recognition. It's your soul saying, “Oh, you again. We have work to do.” So don't look for the person who completes you; look for the people who inspire you to complete yourself. Because on the path of soul growth, the ultimate goal for every soulmate is connection to help you progress, to remember your own true nature as a part of God.
