The Summer Blockbuster Seasons is sadly over and so it is time we reveal who won in predicting the biggest movies of the summer. Inspired by Slash Film cast’s Summer Movie Wager, we predicted which summer box office movies would be in the top 10 and where EXACTLY they would be placed on the list. We made our bets earlier this year and now its time to find out the winner.
(SEE BELOW FOR THE DETAILS)
We also reviewed the House of the Dragon Episode 2 on HBO, and talked about the news of the week like Ben Kingsley’s character Trevor Slattery (Marvel Studios Iron Man 3 and Shang Chi) will be making an appearance in Wonder Man, House of the Dragon Co-Showrunner Miguel Sapocnik is leaving the show, the 79th Venice Film Festival opens, a new Lego Motorized Lighthouse, Harley Quinn Season 4 Renewed, House of the Dragon Renewed for Season 2, Blockbuster Tv Show on Netflix. Plus trailers on Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey, Love and Death (HBO Max), Weird: The Al Yankovic Story (Roku), White Noise, Tar, and The Son.
We also chat about what we’re into, like Mad Men Season 4, Welcome to Wrexham, This Fool, Mo, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent and 3000 Years of longing.
