Is it possible to build a successful business without losing your soul in the process?
In this episode, we sit down with Mukwenda Kandole, founder of Faithustle, a movement helping Christian entrepreneurs build their businesses God's way through content, community, and live experiences.
Before launching Faithustle, Mukwenda spent nearly a decade working as a creative director and videographer with brands and organizations such as Chick-fil-A, FOX, TBN, Toyota, Chrysler, Universal, Michigan Medicine, and the 1DayLA “Freedom Experience” with Justin Bieber.
Before that, he spent years in international missions, preaching the Gospel across 17 nations.
In this episode we discuss:
- Why 60-70% of entrepreneur marriages end in divorce — and the way out
- How to know when to move vs. when to be still
- Why courage is a byproduct of action, not a prerequisite for it
- The difference between being obsessed with the "what" vs. being obsessed with the "who"
- What it really means to build with excellence as a form of worship
- Why isolation — not education — is the real problem facing Christian entrepreneurs
- The launch of Faith Hustle's multi-city tour and how it funded clean water wells in West Africa.
