Especially today with Covid 19 when most people have spent months in isolation. This is the time when we all need at least one good friendship. But do you think some people put up with bad friendships because they have a need to belong. Maybe a bad friendship gives them the sence of belonging they need? So in this episode i thought it would be good to discuss what a healthy friendship looks like from our perspective.   Some of the keys to good friendship discussed.

  3. A real friend will challenge you and when needed cause conflict and tell you the things you need to hear.
