I am so excited for you to hear this episode of The Gluten Free Advocate. I am sitting down with someone who I am proud to call my friend, Audrey, from The Gluten Free Chef. I got to meet Audrey on a Celiac Cruise in Australia and she is part of the group that changed my perspective on so many things, including gluten free food. We get to talk about how as someone that does not have celiac disease, the importance of wanting to make a dining experience better for those that do.
