I love these yoga nidra sessions, they are the perfect length and pace, and she has a very soothing voice. I listen to a couple of them every night. they have helped my insomnia so much. the only thing I don't like is that the heart and root Chakras are missing? please could you upload them??

I’ve been having trouble sleeping and with dealing with chronic pain and the stress that comes with it. These have helped immensely and have awakened my interest in learning more. The lady’s voice is soothing, it is easy to follow and understand and although on some of the episodes she can tend to forget where she is, make a mistake or one can hear someone enter the room this doesn’t bother me, the point is none of us are perfect and I like the fact that this isn’t either.
