Paul and Heather talk to Donna Noble, author of Body Positive Yoga, Dr Sally Brown, whose doctoral thesis at Leeds Becket University was on barriers to yoga participation, and to Dr Rebekah Lawrence, an NHS Doctor and founder of We Are Pana.
