Brilliant concise insight, informative practical and very useful!

I have recently been diagnosed with anxiety and having read all of Dale Carnigies how to make friends and influence people as well as Robert greens books such as laws of human nature I found this diamond!
Recent my wife was informed she may have bipolar and my daughter was recently diagnosed with autism and in my search for information and tools it was brilliant to find a podcast that has tools that I can use to help others as well as myself.
I have been up all night listening to your podcasts and wow I can not put into words how useful your podcasts are!!!
