We have discussed both presence and absence in the coaching room in previous episodes, and today we want to venture a little deeper around the concept of presence in coaching.
We all know when we have experienced someone who is fully present for us; someone who has listened and allowed us to feel heard and understood.
Presence makes a difference.
We will all have also experienced times when our coach has been a little distracted or not fully engaged. Coaching presence is such a powerful phenomenon and at the same time, something quite intangible, so we thought we'd try and define it for our listeners.
Join us for this episode as we explore what coaching presence is, why it's important, and some ways in which you can cultivate a more powerful presence in your coaching sessions.
