I love Sleep Wave and Sleep Magic but I think I’ve found a new favourite sleep podcast. It’s so interesting and soothing and there’s nothing to snag on that makes my brain.start going on a tangent. I’ve used this at the beginning of the night and I’ve used it when I wake up in the middle of the night and the effects are so fast! I’m sorry I can’t even tell you what she talks about but her voice is so soporific! Highly recommended for the sleepless!
