Kathryn is a wealth of information when it comes to the menstrual cycle, periods and period products. She uses her platform to educate young girls, teenagers and women answering questions from 'how many holes do I have and what do they do?' to 'how can I measure my cervix?'.

You may think you've seen it all when it comes to period products but this episode will open your eyes to a world of products you never knew existed. We also go back to basics and talk about what sex education never did, including the vulva, vagina and what actually happens in a menstrual cycle.
