The fleet manages to catch the Squirrel responsible for the horrible things they've seen recently. That should be a good thing, shouldn't it? Turns out it's only the beginning of their troubles, as their journey to collect a bounty on him turns into an adventure. Follow along as Bob and the fleet get the best of the situation.

Bob and the fleet are doing their best to keep a lid on things at Earth when a desperate call for help comes in. The BSR crew have worked hard, getting the Slow Boatmen settled. They deserve a little time off at home in the Holler. Just kicking back, watching the world go by. Their shepherd has other ideas, of course.

Bob thought he was going to get to enjoy a little downtime on Charlie's planet. You don't need to be told that our shepherd had other ideas, do you? Bert and Ernie find a bot, new, but old, with quite a story to tell. Then Jossi and Lakki blow their cover and need rescuing. A lot of work to get done to get back to Earth in time for a wedding. Captain Sloan did something he shouldn't have. Now, he has to make amends. That turns out to be more of a job than anyone would have thought. Watch him and the crew of the Armstrong as they work to make things right. Bob thought they had the Boatmen safe from the cats and in places where they could live peacefully. Turns out the cats have a purpose, and the fleet made a mistake. Little Becky gets hurt finding that out.

Bob and friends come back to Earth for a little well-deserved R and R. Take a few nice walks in the woods, play a little paintball. Too bad it can’t be that easy. Too many people want Commonwealth tech, for them to ever have any peace.

Bob thought BSR might be able to do some business with Homm and his people. It turns out he was wrong, but their ancestors had left knowledge the company could use. Watch the crew try to recover the knowledge without getting mixed up in their troubles. Of course, Bob picks up another apprentice for Scotti along the way.

While Veronica is searching for a system to call home, she finds one that was torn up a long time ago. Bob gathers the fleet to go check it out, but Gene balks at the idea. Does Gene know something Bob doesn’t?
