Elle veut devenir mairesse de Ballon. Parce que de cette façon, elle pourra abolir le règlement qui interdit le soccer une fois pour toutes! Le problème, c'est qu'elle n'y connaît rien en politique. L'autre obstacle auquel elle fera face...est Dick Tateur. Il déteste l'idée de perdre. Même que personne n'a jamais osé essayer de le remplacer.

Grâce à nos efforts extraordinaires, jouer au soccer est de nouveau permis à Ballon. Enfin ! Je pourrais difficilement être plus heureux. Mieux encore, le vrai Dick Tateur, le maire du village, qui est de retour à son poste après des années d’exil, est un passionné de ce sport. Il est fou de joie à l’idée de ramener le soccer à Ballon ! Il fait d’ailleurs tout pour lui redonner sa place et rattraper le temps perdu. Mais honnêtement, je trouve qu’il en fait un peu trop.
