Joining us at Audible Studios is broadcaster, social media content creator and disability activist, Lucy Edwards. Alongside working for sight loss charities, Edwards became the first ever blind pre-senter to host on BBC Radio 1, promoting accessibility and proving that being blind doesn’t hold her back. Lucy Edwards has now written Blind Not Broken, a book about her story and how it can help others. We’ll be asking Lucy about rebellious hope, how her family worked together, and why it’s okay to feel two opposing things at the exact same time.

Lorraine Kelly has hosted many shows during her 40 years on television, including The Wheel, Have I Got News For You and The Last Leg, though she is of course best known for her weekday show Lorraine on ITV. She won the RTS award for Best Presenter in 2006, and in 2008 she earned herself a 'people's choice' Scottish BAFTA. Kelly is a master interviewer, sitting down with celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey, Hugh Jackman, Idris Elba and Will Smith. Kelly has previously released an autobiography and several self-help books, but her latest endeavor is her debut novel, The Island Swimmer.

Joining us at Audible Studios is journalist, restaurant critic, radio presenter and jazz musician Jay Rayner, who has recently released his book My Last Supper. You’re about to die. What would your final meal be? This question has long troubled Jay Rayner. As a man more obsessed with his lunch than is strictly necessary, the idea of a showpiece last supper is a tantalising prospect. But wouldn’t knowledge of your imminent demise ruin your appetite? So, Jay decided to cheat death and create his last meal while he’s still very much alive - and write it all down in a book.

Joining us at Audible Studios is Tade Thompson, one of science fiction’s most exciting new voices, and author of Rosewater. Thompson is releasing The Wormwood trilogy which documents an alien biodome in Nigeria and the city built around it, desperate for the biodome’s rumored healing powers. Book one of the series, Rosewater, received multiple award nominations and book two, The Rosewater Insurrection has been much anticipated. Thompson writes alongside his work as a hospital psychiatrist.

Actress and author Catherine Steadman talks to Audible about her debut novel Something in the Water and reveals the strange things she uncovered on YouTube whilst researching. Having trained at the Oxford School of Drama, Steadman made her screen debut as Julia Bertram in the ITV adaptation of Mansfield Park and has gone on to star in Breathless and Downton Abbey.

With her debut novel, The Arrangement, Canadian-born Sonya Lalli visits the Audible Studios to talk of all things love, culture and arranged marriages. Now based in London, Sonya is a part-time journalist for legal magazine Global Competition Review and author of The Arrangement, an East-meets-West tale of cultural expectations and modern society that gives a refreshing insight into an all too familiar tale.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss his first book, When to Jump, is former equity investor turned entrepreneur and CEO of the When to Jump platform, Mike Lewis. At the age of 26, Mike Lewis left his prestigious job as an investor to pursue a lifelong dream of becoming a professional squash player. Realising the importance and impact of making a 'jump' from something comfortable in order to pursue a passion, Mike created the When to Jump community.

Joining us at Audible Studios is actor and writer Obioma Ugoala. Ugoala trained at and graduated from the Drama Centre, London, and spent the beginning of his career touring and performing with the Royal Shakespeare Company. He has played the role of Kristoff in London's West End Frozen show, Smokey Robinson in Motown: The Musical, and George Washington in Hamilton. Ugoala also provides workshops and outreach programmes to BAME students in Greater London, and has most recently written a book, The Problem With My Normal Penis.

Morgan is a prolific writer, and after a career spanning over 20 years, she shows little signs of slowing. Known for her television works such as The Split and The Hour, as well as the films The Iron Lady, Shame and Suffragette, Morgan's plays are regularly performed in theatres around the country. Now her name will be found on bookshelves too: Morgan's book, This Is Not a Pity Memoir, documents the havoc wreaked on her life over the last few years with her husband in a coma and her own treatment for breast cancer.

Cameron's global film making spans art, fashion, music, female empowerment and global warming and has worked with major international brands such as Nike, Adidas, Converse and YouTube. Growing up in the notorious cult, Children of God, has clearly not held her back. In fact, after leaving the cult, Cameron travelled across America to investigate other cults, ultimately leading to her memoir, Cult Following, which delves into her childhood in the Children of God and details Cameron’s road trips as she attempts to confront the trauma she faced as a child.

Joining us at Audible Studios is James Windust, writer, public speaker and model. Windust graduated from UCA Epsom with a degree in fashion management and marketing and within six months of their graduation was named as one of London's 1,000 most influential people by The Evening Standard. Windust is a freelance writer and has written pieces for British GQ, Gay Times, The Independent and many more. As well as being a writer, Windust is also a public speaker and has spoken at events for Tommy Hilfiger and TEDxLondonWomen.

Goldsmith is mixed-race and was raised in London in the 1950s by a single white mother. Goldsmith was the first female - and only ever woman of colour - to be elected to the University of Leicester students' union. She founded Anona Development Consultancy in 1995, for which she works as an energiser, motivator and strategist in the not-for-profit sector. Goldsmith has worked with more than 100 different groups and organisations over five continents.

Joining us in the Audible Studios is one of our very own: Robin Morgan-Bentley. Robin is a Senior Manager at Audible and now also an author with his debut thriller, The Wreckage. You may also recognise his voice as the interviewer on some Audible Sessions. Robin has worked for Audible since 2014, and whilst he loves being part of the audio publishing process, he has always loved writing, too, so the ambition to create a novel seemed like the natural next step.

In April 2019, Stokes was named in the England's squad for the 2019 Cricket World Cup, and after a sensational win was declared Man of the Match, an accolade he has been awarded many times before, such as a record-breaking three times within fourteen games in 2017. The World Cup win, alongside the 2019 Ashes, has been brought to life in On Fire: My Story of an Unbelievable Summer for English Cricket, Stokes’ newest book.

Joining us at Audible Studios is founder and CEO of Netflix Marc Randolph, who has founded over eight companies and is a serial entrepreneur. Randolph's Netflix journey began alongside his friend Reed Hastings in 1997, when they decided to give mail-order DVDs a try. Randolph, having picked up marketing and other tricks of the trade through previous roles, designed the original user interface and spent the first year of Netflix testing different designs to create the perfect business model for customer satisfaction.

Joining us at Audible Studios is best-selling author Lucy Dawson, who has just released her 10th novel, Don't Ever Tell. Lucy gained a degree in psychology from the University of Warwick, and went on to work as a journalist, interviewing the likes of Steps, S Club 7 and Britney Spears, and has previously worked as an editor of a children's magazine. Deciding that her degree wasn't being put to much use, Dawson decided to give psychological suspense a go and has never looked back.

Sean O'Connor brings the period beautifully to life with painstaking research and thorough detail, as well as having access to brand new evidence on the case - journeying from the South London slums in the 1880s to British Columbia, and reaching its dramatic climax in Bournemouth, England. In this interview we talk about how women are treated when accused of murder, what O’Connor’s biggest find was on this case, and how his writing on this murder tied in with a story line on BBC Radio 4’s The Archers.

Joining us at Audible Studios is Ayisha Malik, a British author who’s debut novel, Sofia Khan Is Not Obliged, released in 2015 and in 2019 was picked as the novel for Cityread London. Her newest book, This Green and Pleasant Land, published in June 2019. The story of This Green and Pleasant Land focuses on Bilil and Mariam Hasham, who have lived in the sleepy, contented village of Babbel's End for years. But things change rapidly when Bilal's mother whispers her dying wish from her deathbed....

Joining us at Audible Studios is Oscar Duke, a doctor working for the NHS who regularly contributes to The Surgery on BBC Radio 1, has appeared on Channel 4's 24 Hours in A&E, and presented his own documentary about albinism for BBC2, Born Too White. Dr Oscar Duke has written a book, How to Be a Dad, which gives a 'Doctor' section and a 'Dad' section for each and every stage of pregnancy through to birth and after, with handy tips for mums along the way.

After Michelle Thomas suffered her first major depressive episode in 2013, she searched online for any information available on how to 'fix' herself. There was nothing. Nothing that wasn't dry as the Sahara desert. It was uncomfortably...depressing. And so, My Sh*t Therapist was born!
