Riot tried out the Cause (after all, he is a shifter), but after getting used and discarded twice, he’s over it. Over and done with the Cause and everything in it, including Resperanza, the extraordinary, not-there-a-month-ago, magical house and command center. So he moved out, and oh yeah, he quit the Cause, too.

Vivian is pregnant and over-protective Hawk won't leave her side, so when it becomes clear that someone is trying to kill them, things heat up for the Heat gang, even as Emma wistfully watches her sister embark on the journey to motherhood. JT and Dani are visiting Westwood Harbor when all hell breaks loose for the triplets. They would turn to Sara for help, but she is battling her own private hell, leaving Craig and Hawk to fight for themselves and their family, with a little help from JT.
