It is 2171, one hundred years later, and the major cities of the world are still in isolation after the large scale warfare of the 21st Century. A scientist attempts to contact the outside world and seeks an important missing manuscript, while a beautiful and ruthless young woman unwittingly gives an evil recluse a powerful secret. A love triangle is exploited by this unscrupulous man, who steals the secret for himself.
