Even though Charlie Kingsley is no doctor, the custom tea blends she makes occasionally produce miraculous results. Like the one she steps in to create to calm a very high-strung bride-to-be. It works, much to everyone’s relief. Until a murder sabotages the wedding...and the bride-to-be is the main suspect. Luckily, there’s one thing that Charlie is better at than making teas, and that’s solving cases—which she’s going to need to do if there’s going to be any hope of the wedding ending in a happily ever after.

How does one lose a ghost? Apparently when the ghost decides to walk out the door. But, to make matters more complicated, it’s not just any ghost but the ghost of Ruth’s dead husband. Who was murdered decades ago under very suspicious circumstances.

Three French hens, two elves, and one Santa Claus make for merry mayhem for Charlie Kingsley and the gang. When Charlie and Pat see an injured Santa on the side of the road in the middle of a snowstorm, of course they had to stop and take him to the hospital. They assumed that would be the end of their good Samaritan duties, until a dead elf is discovered in the same area where they picked up Santa … and Santa has no memory of what happened.

Normally Darla, the ghost that haunts the Redemption Inn, behaves herself. Relatively speaking. Nancy, the owner of the Redemption Inn, swears that Darla is harmless. At least, mostly harmless. Maybe she plays a few pranks on some unsuspecting guests, but it's all in good fun. Until one of the hotel guests is found dead at the bottom of the stairs, and Darla is the one who's blamed.
