A Long Lonely Road is about the efforts of an older man to get home to Texas after an EMP strands him in Montana. He comes across lots of different obstacles along the way.

This is the story of a man in his later years who finds himself a very long way from home and hearth when the SHTF. It’s a tale of the drive to get home, come hell or high water. I’m writing it about the way I myself would get home after an event. I can only hope that I would do as well in real life. I have the will, drive, and know-how, but maybe the ol' body is low on fuel. Time will tell.

My purpose for writing this book was to show that a thinking person can not only survive, but live well in a world gone crazy. Live well, of course, meaning compared to most. I wanted to show that one didn't need Bill Gates's checkbook to build a place to survive.

This series is about the things one would need to do and know to survive a civilization-killing event. The main purpose outside simple entertainment is that if it makes the listener think 'what if?' then it's started working. If it gets the listener doing more than thinking it's done its job. We think if the lights go out for an hour that things are rough- what if they were to go off and not come back on? Do you have food enough to carry you over until you can grow a garden?

A Day in the Life was about two young people who found each other in the worst way. In a fight to the death with men trying to first abuse Sara, a fifteen year old girl, and then sell her to sex traffickers but she escaped and was found by Jax. They formed a bond in the midst of the turmoil following the world wide financial meltdown that brought everything to a dead halt.

Further adventures in the life of John Walker and his family and friends in the aftermath of a world wide EMP and the destruction that followed.

Another chapter in the ongoing lives of the Walker family as they survive in the dangerous new world after an EMP and it's after-effects bring the world to its knees. The survivors band together and rebuild a better life than they had before, but not without danger.

More of the life of Jackson Slade, Confederate Soldier, Scout, Indian Fighter, and Gunfighter and he lives and loves through the many years with his wife the Crow Spirit Woman, Morning Dove, and the many interesting people of the old west.

The continuing adventures of John Walker and his ladies and people living happily in their desert canyon homes, living peacefully in the empty shell of the former United States of America. Fighting against those who would take by force, helping those who need help while working to build their own place in this new world.
