Marty Sturgis saves the life of John Cutter. Instead of being lauded as a hero, Marty finds himself behind bars. Marty and a cohort were in the process of robbing Cutter when he found the man's near-lifeless body. Marty's a repeat offender who just jumped from juvenile to adult with his recent birthday. Detective Dominik Jackson (Jericho Rd) is called in to investigate as Marty can be tied to a long string of unsolved home invasion thefts in the area. The massive detective needs the kid's cooperation to bring down the entire criminal network and to return the one item Cutter can't be without.
