This book tells the story of a disabled veteran who was very nearly one of them. He faced immense challenges yet found hope in his journey. From serving as an intelligence analyst during tense times to battling with depression, he experienced it all.

From very humble beginnings starting with the death of his age at age three and due to his loving family, Frank Ryan understood the value of hard work and the challenges so many people like him faced in life. That understanding led Frank to dedicate his life to public service as a volunteer. In March 2008, he began his service to the Good Shepherd Services, a residential treatment facility for children facing challenges in their lives.
