We have all experienced anger at one point or another, and for some it may be a regular emotion. It can be as simple as a minor irritation or as complex as full-fledged rage. The human emotion of anger is completely common and perhaps, could even be considered healthy and normal. The trouble sets in when the anger is out of control and actually turns negative and destructive. You can have issues in your various personal relationships, your job and in your life's overall quality.

When you set a budgeted amount for phone service, items like going over minutes, long distance fees, texting, mobile internet usage, and information calls can leave you frustrated. This is not a good thing by any means. If it has gotten downright scary to open that phone bill, it's time to take control. We'll take a hard look at a few places to cut back in this book.

Once you have a good system in place that will help you remember the things you need to do, you can start getting rid of some of the clutter around your home. Clutter can really disrupt the flow of your home and even cause depression. In other words, it has no place in a home. Depending on how much clutter your home has, this step may require a great deal of work. De-cluttering your home does not mean moving the clutter from one spot to another.

The way in which you perceive life and your attitude towards life is a large indicator of one's happiness and success. Individuals that have a positive disposition, regardless of their circumstances, tend to be less anxiety-stricken and tense. They also wear a smile more often as compared to the individual that looks at life in a negative way. In addition, the way you perceive life also influences those that surround you. In essence, if you work on improving and maintaining an optimistic outlook, then you will have an increased chance towards leading a life that is fulfilled and happy.

Many people have used the term "wellness" to emphasize that positive health is much more than simply being free from illness - there is an additional quality to maintaining a health well-being. I use the term "fitness" to try and capture this same concept. Fitness is a condition reached through striving for optimal quality of life in all aspects: social, mental, psychological, spiritual, and physical. These aspects of fitness are interrelated: a high level in one of the areas enhances other areas.

In the 1930s, Monroe, Louisiana, was a town of 26,000 in the northeastern corner of the state, an area described by the

New Orleans Item as the "lynch law center of Louisiana." Yet for a few years in the early 1930s, this unlikely spot was home to the Monarchs, a national-caliber Negro League baseball team. Crowds of Black and White fans eagerly filled their segregated grandstand seats to see the players who would become the only World Series team Louisiana would ever generate, and the first from the American South.

Just as there are thousands of stock trades that happen each day, there are thousands of reasons to start trading. There are many people that trade because they are looking for financial gain. However, there are also some people that just enjoy the whole process and want to participate in the market economy. There is also a great deal to be learned from trading stocks as you have the opportunity to really see how the government handles commodity regulation.
