In 2044 Philadelphia, corruption in the city PD is at an all-time high. When news reporter Elisha Walker stumbles upon a shady weapons deal down by Philly's dock between the head of the mob and Philly's top cop, and then ends up dead, it's up to a group of hotshot duelists to put a stop to it....

Zachary Quaid needs top people for a cross country run. A valuable cargo needs to be in Silicon Valley from a transport ship that docks in Baltimore on September 1, 3034. He has five days to get it there. The group that is trying to get it has already shot down a transport helo and a Zeppelin. His choice: a well-armed semi and escorts.
