Something sinister is lurking in the small farming town of Clifton Falls. With the struggle to make ends meet, the locals are excited when a new chemical fertilizer is tested on their crops. But when a crazy rainstorm washes the fertilizer onto a recently deceased homeless man, he is brought back to life with a hunger for human flesh. And he's not the only one.

Mike O'Sullivan thought the zombie virus was over, but when he and his team investigate a strange occurrence at the cemetery, they discover that twelve graves have been disturbed. The culprit? A special fertilizer created by a scientist. But this fertilizer doesn't just kill insects - it also regenerates dead cells in humans for a limited time.

The zombie virus has taken over the City hospital and a Cargo Ship, while the bank robbers are on the run. But as they lay low on a ship bound for South America, one of them is dying and comes back as an Undead creature, spreading the virus even further. Meanwhile, the police officers of Clifton Falls are called to the City hospital when a student suddenly falls ill. But this is no ordinary illness, and soon the student wakes up as one of the advanced zombies - harder to kill and more dangerous.

After a Navy vessel receives an S.O.S. regarding a zombie attack on a Cargo Ship, a group of trained seamen find their way onboard. But neither expected to see the power the zombies possessed. They are faster and stronger than anything that the seamen had seen on the news reports aimed at Clifton Falls. And before they could react, a few of them are taken by the frightening monsters. It leaves a scary task for the remaining seamen after they enter the Cargo Ship, but can they rescue the survivors before the flesh-hungry dead rip them apart?
