Eighth Day Village of the Sun Saga

Inspired by Randall Rex Harrison's vision of a futuristic community, Nick Delmedico continues the Eighth Day Village of the Sun saga. What begins as a sunny day turns dark as an old nemesis uses weather control to create a force five hurricane to wipe out the Village.

When the entire population of New Maya City of Worlds disappears, Randall and the Think Tank meet to solve the problem. The simple solution is to have reincarnated Atlantean Cameron Singh astral travel to check it out. When Singh disappears, Manny DuBois volunteers to head an expedition to investigate and gather hard evidence. As the Crystal ship nears the City, warning bells go off and the ship disappears.

The Eighth Day Village of the Sun Think Tank is needed again. Badger is an Artificial Intelligence built as a strategic countermeasure to the Chinese version called Millipede. Badger was deactivated and disassembled, or so it was thought, but when an accident brings it back to life, it becomes self-aware. At first it toyed with false messages and sly hacks, but when it gained control of the nuclear arsenal, it was time for action.
