Flash Mob follows famed Broadway director and choreographer Jericho Taylor as he mounts a revival of 42nd Street and produces a series flash mobs. Taylor discovers and falls in love with fresh-from-the-Midwest triple threat, Billy Lake and places the young man at the center of his flash mobs, which become a viral sensation. The seemingly spontaneous flash mob dance events are designed to counter the public's fear caused by a string of terrorist bombings in the New York City area.

Duke Donovan's despot and dictator clients pay him handsomely for the information he provides through psychic and tarot card readings. When not helping others to overthrow the world, or walking his golden retriever, Duke picks up stray men off the New York City streets; artists, musicians, writers, and actors, usually, and nudges their careers forward while sharing his bed with them. The bar once again enjoys success, crowds flood to Tamburlaine for the gender-bending shows directed by The Great Jericho Taylor, and Chris's impersonations of the famed comedienne, Rusty Warren are once again loved by audiences. So, why is someone trying to kill Christopher Marlowe-again and again?

After the tragedy at Tamburlaine, and its long-time role of burying the queer community’s dead, it’s time for the bar to receive its own obsequies—funeral rites. Without knowing why, the cast, crew, staff, and friends find themselves drawn to the burned-out husk of the ancient bar, consumed by their memories and sadness.
