Alice Hlídková is a Czech-born writer raised in New York and based in Valencia, Spain. She writes about identity, sexuality, reinvention, relationships, and the emotional realities of modern womanhood through fiction and educational media. Her work explores the tension between ambition and intimacy, freedom and belonging, and the desire to feel deeply alive. Drawing from backgrounds in literature, media, technology, and communication, she brings a psychologically observant and emotionally honest lens to human connection and personal transformation. She writes for thoughtful, emotionally intelligent women searching for deeper connection, creative expression, and a life that feels fully their own. Alice studied creative writing at New York University and holds a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She is the author of Love You, Again: Short Stories on Sex, Loss, and Purpose, Pretty Girl Complex: The Story of a Superheroine, and Strange Things Married People Do: Short Stories.
