Anna Bailey is the Sunday Times bestselling author of TALL BONES (published as WHERE THE TRUTH LIES in North America), which was nominated for the Theakstons Crime Novel of the Year, Goldsboro Glass Bell Award and Prix Nouvelles Voix du Polar. Their second novel OUR LAST WILD DAYS was The Times Book of the Month, and their short stories have been dramatised for BBC Radio 4, including ‘Long Way to Come For a Sip of Water’, which was shortlisted for the BBC National Short Story Award. Originally from the West Country, Bailey spent several years living and travelling throughout the rural United States, and now lives in Bordeaux with their wife.
