Ben Denton cut his teeth reading A Wrinkle in Time, Ender’s Game, and Eragon while hiding from schoolwork under his desk. He never really got away from reading as an escape, and started reading LitRPG and Progression Fantasy serials in college, which was when he started trying his hand at writing.
