Benjamin Ortlip is a workplace culture researcher and leadership strategist who has spent more than three decades studying what makes people happy and productive at work. After leaving a prestigious role at a respected advertising agency in 1990, he began a lifelong investigation into the cultural forces that drive performance inside organizations. Ortlip has directed projects for influential leadership thinkers and institutions including The Drucker Institute, Ken Blanchard, John Maxwell, Henry Cloud, and Tony Robbins, while helping organizations such as UPS, Delta, Salesforce, and Chick-fil-A better understand the connection between culture and results. His work is distilled into The Culture MRI®, a system designed to measure workplace culture and help organizations build environments where employees can be good at something, believe in something, and belong to something.
