Carol Leming is a 75 yr. old retired Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Mother, Daughter, Sister, and Grandmother, BS degree from Portland State University, now Life & Health Coach. Carol loves art, dance, gardening and helping people change their lives. More importantly, Carol has worked in Social Services fields for over 25 yrs. helping patients and clients achieve their goals from active addiction to life long sobriety, from anxiety to thriving, from procrastination to consistent action, from low self esteem to positive authentic living. Over the years she has witnessed devastation as well as “living breathing miracle’s”. How did over 1,500 people achieve this goal with her support and help? Carol knows what it takes in order for a person to “change” and reach their goals. Thus, “Crystal Clear Art Therapy” was born; based off of “True Life Experiences” from the past 25 years. In order to share this with the world, 7 Chapters were developed on “Knowing where you are, realize where you want to go, and the most difficult part…“HOW to consistently get there”.
