Dr Caspar Addyman is a developmental psychologist and writer. He is a former director of Goldsmiths InfantLab and studies how babies learn about the world. Over the course of his career, he has investigated early concept learning, the foundations of language, time perception and sleep, and of course, the importance of laughter and positive emotion in early life. This research that culminated in Caspar’s joyful and informative book, The Laughing Baby. Not only does Caspar write about babies, but he also writes for babies with his fabulous Babies Laugh books.
