I am the Director of the Center for Pancreatic Cancer Research at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City and the Editor-in-Chief of Cancer Research, the foundational journal of the American Association for Cancer Research. I have held leadership positions at both the federal and institutional levels and serve on scientific advisory boards for public and private foundations. As a female leader, I am committed to supporting the next generation of women professionals; as a wife and mom, I am also committed to helping women learn how to succeed at their career and life aspirations while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In my spare time I paint and collect fine minerals.
