Davina Hamilton is a rhyming children’s author, journalist and mother-of-two. The former Entertainment Editor for British publication, The Voice newspaper, Davina spent 14 years with the company, before making her foray into the world of children’s literature. 2017 saw the release of her critically acclaimed debut children’s book, Riley Can Be Anything, which was hailed by The Independent as the Best Inspirational Book in the publication's 2022 Black History Month list of 13 Best Children’s Books With Empowering Black Characters. Davina's celebrated follow-up, Riley Knows He Can was released in 2018; followed by family favourite, Ella Has A Plan in 2020; and the riveting, rhythm-driven tale, Riley Finds His Beat in 2023.
