Best known as a prolific LitRPG author with over thirty published books on Amazon, Glasscock builds emotionally grounded worlds that explore memory, loss, power, and survival. He is a 36-year veteran of the creative arts. He first established his voice on the 1998 National Slam Team scene alongside peers like Saul Williams, later bringing that same rhythmic intensity to his #Grimdark novels and #DarkNoir music." Alongside his writing career, he has written and directed seventeen short films and is currently developing his first feature film, A God Among Sheep, a female-driven mafia film that has received multiple festival nominations at the script level. His work in interactive media includes a visual novel released on Steam and ongoing game development projects. In 2026, Glasscock will expand his creative output into music, releasing seven albums of original songs written, composed, arranged, and produced by him, with vocals performed by a rotating cast of singers spanning folk, grunge, jazz, synth, cabaret, and blues. The music functions as an emotional companion to his narrative work — intimate, reflective songs that explore the quiet moments behind larger stories. The Albums are entitled 'The Liquid of Dreams', 'Tomorrows and Yesterdays', 'Leather Psalms & Iron Law', 'Black Hymns for the Broken', 'Whiskey Sermons to the Damned', and the final two albums, 'The Gospel of Rust & Static' and 'The Last Broadcast', the name of the band, Stormcrowe. They can be found on Amazon music and all other streaming platforms. With these new ventures he is moving himself into the same realms as Ren Gill and Jack Kerouac as far as word density and storytelling through music. Across every medium, Glasscock’s work is unified by a single aim: to tell human stories honestly, whether through pages, screens, systems, or sound.
