Laura is an accomplished Author, Stage Play Writer, Podcast Host, and Motivational Speaker, as well as a devoted wife, mother of 2, and a proud grandmother to 3 beautiful granddaughters and two handsome grandsons, a role she cherishes most. Laura's journey as an author began not only with purpose but with legacy. When her daughter, Roshonda Simmons, was just 7 years old, the two embarked on a powerful writing journey together, using storytelling to express their thoughts, ignite creativity, and inspire growth. What began as a shared passion evolved into a dynamic literary partnership. Together, Laura and Roshonda proudly present the Mother-Daughter Team LLC Book Collection. To date, they have published 10 books, including six children's books, and co-authored three additional books: two designed to empower teenagers through life guidance and one focused on teaching individuals of all ages how to become debt-free. Their work has earned five-star ratings and continues to resonate with readers across generations. Their books serve a wide range of age groups and are rooted in a shared mission: to inspire, teach, coach, and develop young minds while equipping readers with tools for success in life's journey.
