El Prof. Liu Zheng es un activo investigador y divulgador de la Medicina Tradicional China y un cultivado practicante de Qì Gong (Falun Dafa) desde hace más de 20 años. Ha publicado varios libros de esta temática. Es docente principal de programas de postgrado de Acupuntura en diversas universidades y colegios profesionales de ramas sanitarias en España. Actualmente ostenta el cargo de vicepresidente de la Asociación de Acupuntores Sanitarios (AAS). Ejerce las consultas de acupuntura en las prestigiosas clínicas MEDIZEN (Madrid) y en la Unidad del Dolor del Hospital Quirón de Pozuelo de Alarcón.
