Mahmud Al-Smadi is a skin health educator and the CEO and Co-Founder of Nourished3, a holistic skin health brand built to target the skin–gut–brain connection. After 17 years in the beauty industry, leading a multi-million beauty franchise, Mahmud stepped away to focus fully on one mission: helping people heal skin from the inside out and the outside in.
