Nelson Dellis is a 6-time USA Memory Champion, keynote speaker, and one of the world’s leading experts on memory and cognitive performance. He teaches individuals and organizations how to think faster, remember more, and operate at a higher level in an increasingly distracted, AI-driven world. After losing his grandmother to Alzheimer’s disease in 2009, Nelson set out to understand how memory works—and how to strengthen it. Starting with what he describes as an average memory, he went on to become one of the top competitive memorizers in the world, earning the title of International Grandmaster of Memory, breaking multiple US records, and setting two Guinness World Records. Today, Nelson translates these techniques into practical, real-world skills through his coaching, courses, and speaking. He is the author of *Everyday Genius* and other books on memory and mental performance, all focused on helping people build what he calls a “trained mind”—one that is sharper, more focused, and more reliable under pressure. He is also the founder of Climb for Memory, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s research through mountain expeditions. Nelson has climbed up some of the world’s highest peaks, including Mount Everest, in support of this mission. His work has been featured on The TODAY Show, CBS, CNN, ABC Nightline, Nat Geo, and more.
