Paul C. Rosier serves as Professor of History and Director of the Lepage Center for History in the Public Interest at Villanova University, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on Native American History, U.S. History, and Global Environmental History. His books include: Rebirth of the Blackfeet Nation (2001); Native American Issues (2003); the co-edited volume Echoes from the Poisoned Well: Global Memories of Environmental Injustice (2006); Serving Their Country: American Indian Politics and Patriotism in the Twentieth Century (Harvard University Press, 2009), which won the American Indian National Book Award; the edited volume Environmental Justice in North America (Routledge, 2023); and Indigenous Citizens: Native Americans’ Fight for Sovereignty, 1776-2025 (W. W. Norton & Company, March 2026).
