Pete Osborn is a UK-based author of traditional and neo-Westerns, blending slow-burn storytelling with a gritty, character driven edge. Born in South East London and now living in Berkshire, Pete has long been drawn to the spirit of the American frontier, fueled by a love of cowboy films, country music, and stories where hard choices shape harder people. A police officer by profession, Pete began writing in his late forties as a way to manage stress and protect his mental wellbeing. What started as a creative outlet quickly became something deeper: a way to channel life experience into fictional worlds, and give voice to characters forged in fire, conflict, and moral grey zones. His debut novella, After The Flames, introduces readers to a raw, human vision of the American West, and marks the beginning of a series exploring the cost of survival, justice, and redemption. He's currently working on a full-length follow-up that digs even deeper into those themes. When he's not writing or serving his community, Pete is a married father of four and proud owner of two dogs, who collectively ensure that no day is ever truly quiet.
