Rob’s entrepreneurial story began simply—selling Blow Pops out of his high school locker. That early spark grew into imageOne, a managed print services company he co-founded and helped build into an award-winning, people-first organization. Under his leadership, imageOne earned national recognition from Forbes and Inc. Magazine for its culture and purpose-driven approach. It was during these years that Rob learned a defining truth of his work: businesses thrive when leaders slow down enough to truly see, hear, and care for people. Those lessons led Rob to co-found The 10 Disciplines with Gino Wickman, creating an experience for driven people who want to grow with greater self-awareness, clarity, and alignment. Rob’s unique role in this work is helping leaders shed ego-driven patterns and return to the deeper truth of who they are. Rob’s two books, Shine, How Driven People Can Live a Life of Exceptional Success and Profound Purpose and Do Nothing, The Most Rewarding Leadership Journey You Will Ever Take, serve as the foundation for his work. Through his teaching and coaching, Rob leads The True Self Mastermind, a transformative experience for people ready to integrate inner work with outer impact. He also works one-to-one with clients through The Journey, a deeply personal program designed to help leaders go inward and realign with what matters most. Rob is the founder of the Do Nothing Leadership Retreat and host of the Shed and Shine podcast.
