Robbie Steinhouse is a British author, businessman, and entrepreneur, over the past 30 years he has founded and built businesses in the property, recruitment and insurance sectors. In searching for something that could help manage the stress of growing those businesses he discovered NLP and found a way to develop his fascination for studying the nature of change and the human dimension of success. He was eventually able to combine his entrepreneurial success with his love of personal development and founded NLP School in London in 2002, he is a certified NLPU and ANLP Master Trainer and an International Coach Federation certified coach. Steinhouse has used his extensive experience in the field to aid others to navigate the enticing world of self-development. Over more than two decades, he has worked with individuals and organizations across the world, bringing psychological insight and personal development techniques into leadership, decision-making, and growth. His nonfiction titles: Mindful Business Leadership (2017), How to Coach with NLP (2010), Brilliant Decision Making (2010), Making Effective Decisions (2013) and Think Like an Entrepreneur (2008) have been widely used in professional development contexts and have been translated into multiple languages. After publishing five non-fiction books he challenged himself to write something very different and describes his fiction debut, The Process (2025) as a therapy thriller. Robbie combines his coaching, psychology and personal development expertise with a thrilling narrative to present the often complex and fascinating process of confronting one’s inner barriers or demons.
