Robert Sherman is the International Correspondent for NewsNation whose reporting has taken him across the globe. ​Robert has been on the forefront of some of the world's biggest stories. He spearheaded NewsNation's coverage of the war in the Middle East for nearly a year following the October 7th attack, and also was one of the first reporters inside Ukraine during the Russian invasion. Having spent extensive time in Israel, Gaza, the West Bank, the Red Sea, Bahrain, Ukraine, Poland, Korea and the Baltic States, Robert has a deep understanding of the conflicts taking place across the globe and is able to give viewers an up-close perspective as they unfold. His reporting has been profiled in Forbes, Variety and his perspective has been published in the Daily Mail. In the US, Robert has focused much of his attention on politics as one of the network's lead campaign trail correspondent during the 2022 Midterms and 2024 Presidential Election. Following his extensive coverage of the Trump Campaign, Robert was assigned to cover the White House where he spends most of his days while not on the road. Aside from television, Robert is a frequent contributor to radio programs across the country including several nationally syndicated shows. You'll also find him as a guest on several podcasts as he shares his experiences with listeners. Robert attended DePauw University in Indiana, where he graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Economics. He grew up in Cleveland, Ohio.​​​
