I'm Taha Zaid, a certified dating coach and author with an obsession I've never quite been able to shake: figuring out why people do what they do in love. Before I ever wrote a word about relationships, I spent five years working in hospitality while putting myself through the University of Milan. Studying languages and psychology side by side turned out to be less of an accident and more of a revelation. How we communicate and why we behave the way we do turned out to be the same question asked two different ways. My thesis on attachment theory was where it all crystallized. The research confirmed something I'd been quietly observing for years: most relationship struggles aren't really about the other person. They run much deeper than that.
