Travis Woodley, MSN, RN, CRNP, is a hormone and metabolic health specialist, clinician–author, and founder of Revitalize Medical Clinic, Revitalize Nutrition, Revitalize Aesthetics & Wellness, and Rebuild Metabolic Health Institute. He helps women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause—and men facing low testosterone and andropause—rebalance hormones, repair metabolism, improve body composition, and protect long-term heart and brain health. His career began in the high-stakes corridors of hospital medicine—emergency rooms, cardiac ICUs, and cath labs—where he learned to make clear decisions under pressure and to see patterns quickly. Seventeen years at the bedside and in interventional cardiology taught him two truths: crisis care saves lives, and most crises start years earlier, with hormone and metabolic signals that were never fully addressed. Determined to change the front end of that story, Travis built a preventive, performance-oriented practice that restores physiology instead of simply managing decline. He integrates bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and testosterone optimization (for women and men), peptide therapy, GLP-1 strategies, gut and sleep rehabilitation, circadian rhythm work, strength and metabolic training, and professional-grade nutraceuticals. Care begins with a precise history and targeted labs, but success is judged by lived outcomes: deeper sleep, steadier energy, sharper cognition, sustainable body composition, and more resilient mood. Travis is the author of You’re Not Broken—You’re Unbalanced, a plain-spoken, clinic-tested guide that demystifies BHRT, clarifies the role of peptides and GLP-1 medications, reframes nutrition as information, and explains why circadian rhythm, muscle, gut health, and mitochondrial function determine how young you feel—regardless of your birth date. The same framework he teaches inside the Rebuild Metabolic Health Institute helps patients, health and fitness coaches, and clinicians speak a common language, ask better questions, and design plans that actually fit a busy life. His clinical philosophy is pragmatic and compassionate: aim for optimal rather than “normal,” treat systems rather than fragments, measure what matters, and keep interventions sustainable. An Auburn, Alabama native, Travis is a husband to Hannah and father of six. Outside clinic walls, he speaks and writes about hormone imbalance, menopause and andropause, metabolic repair, peptides, and performance medicine—helping audiences turn good intentions into durable change. He believes better health starts with better signals—and that the best time to begin is today.
