Unni Turrettini is a bestselling author, speaker, and advisor to C-suite leaders. Born in Norway, she spent two decades living and working across the United States, France, and Switzerland, earning law degrees from all three countries and practicing in Paris and Geneva before becoming a member of the New York Bar. Her first book, The Mystery of the Lone Wolf Killer (Pegasus Books, 2015), examined Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik and what his case reveals about the roots of extremism and lone-wolf violence. It won the 2016 Killer Nashville Silver Falchion Award for Best Nonfiction. Her second, Betraying the Nobel (Pegasus Books, 2020), exposed the corruption behind the Nobel Peace Prize. Her third book, Soulware: The High Achiever's Guide to Divine Connection in the Age of AI (Amplify, 2026), draws on her work with C-suite leaders to make the case that self-connection is not a soft skill — it is a competitive advantage. The leaders who move fastest and decide best are the ones who know themselves. She advises senior executives on the inner conditions that drive outer performance, and speaks internationally on leadership, disconnection, and what it costs to leave the human being out of the equation. Unni lives in Oslo with her family. When she's not working, she's walking her Boston terrier, Aiko, or taking a cold plunge in the Oslo fjord.
