Virginia Taft enjoys writing, teaching, speaking, and the arts. As an occupational therapist in private practice and business owner for over forty years, she taught nationally and internationally. Her published articles primarily focus on healthcare and business, as well as inspirational and motivational topics. In addition to working as an author and speaker, Virginia provides myofascial release treatment and promotes organizations dealing with global equality, homelessness, and seniors (Together Women Rise, Family Promise, Geezer Forum). She seeks out new experiences and especially enjoys traveling to third-world countries. Virginia developed The Memory Box Journey workshops in which participants explore memories and create legacies.
