With a name like Wadzanai ("reconcile" or "live in harmony" in Shona) it’s no wonder I embody unity and inclusion in all aspects of my life and work. I’m a global leader, author, speaker, economist, and humanitarian advocate. I have dedicated my career to enhancing community economic development and humanitarian aid. Born in Zimbabwe, I pursued my education across continents—completing my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the United States. My professional journey has taken me to diverse regions, including the USA, Mozambique, Singapore, South Africa, and now, Italy. Beyond my formal career, I am a mental health and HIV activist, philanthropist, and podcaster. I co-facilitated African Conversations with Self, a platform documenting the lived experiences of Africans navigating post-colonial spaces and trauma. As a lifelong experiential teacher and learner, I am deeply committed to personal growth and self-discovery. My coaching and mentoring work centers on creating harmonious workplaces and empowering individuals to overcome challenges. I’m a mother of two adults. I also ran a family agricultural business spanning 180 hectares. I’m open and eager for opportunities such as podcasts, conferences, and leadership roles. Reach out now!
