Summary

Yet another excellent DCI Logan book. The narration was brilliant as always by Angus King.

An interesting experiment transposing a gritty police procedural into a cosy whodunnit. But please don’t mess around with the eminently entertaining formula again! Luckily, the marvellous Angus King could make the shipping forecast sound gripping

Im so gutted to say that I didnt really enjoy this audio. Up until now, Jack Logan and the Bob Hoon series have been my absolute favourite listens that i cant get enough of, but this book is cheesy & nowhere near as good as his others.

I hope JD Kirk isnt running out of ideas & this is signalling the end of the series?

Angus King is fabulous as always, without doubt the best narrator on Audible.
