I found this to be an informative and helpful listen. The narrator did a wonderful job keeping my attention plus it helped that this book had my interest, as I’ve been trying to figure out whether I have an anxious attachment style for relationships. This book helped me to clear that up, and gave plenty of helpful tips on how to manage it or manage if you’re in a relationship with someone who has an anxious attachment style with relationships. If you’re also looking for a quick overview this is helpful in that way as well. Worth the listen!
